REQUEST 

If you would like a REQUEST on Hospital Radio Leighton then all you have to do is contact us.

You can do this in various ways.

1. By PHONE on 01270 273043 and leave a message on our answerphone.

2. By E MAIL at radioleightonrequests@radiouk.com  

3. Via PATIENTLINE on a free phone number *800.

4. By Letter to the address below.  When leaving a request please give us the following information.

1.             Name of Patient

2.             Ward the patient is in.

3.             Town the patient is from.

4.             Message to the patient (E.g. Get well soon) 

5.             Who the Message is from (Your Name / Names)

6.             Choice of Music the patient would like to hear. (A favourite song or artist) 

7.             Date to be broadcast (See times of live programmes on the page of the website).

 Write to us with your message and send it to:

                Radio Leighton.  c/o Leighton Hospital, Middlewich Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 4QJ

While in Hospital why not listen in on Patientline Channel 1 or Channel 14 on the Wall System.
